Kingdom Way exists to assist Christian-led companies, non-profits, and churches implement biblical principles into their operational structure and to influence biblical, cultural changes in the workplace to the glory of God.
Kingdom Way was founded out of the efforts of Jim Dismore to assist other Christian leaders. It has evolved from his personal, informal ministry to a growing, formalized corporation with established field advisors, informative seminars and materials. Kingdom Way work is now recognized by most of the leaders of the major workplace ministries.
There are many well run ministries in this era promoting evangelism, discipleship and leader education in the workplace. However, one need which is not adequately met and forms our distinctive ministry is to come alongside company, church and non-profit leaders and leader teams to aid their enduring success – organizationally, financially and spiritually. We do this by providing training in the Five Kingdom Way Principles;
- Establishing a clear mission statement and purpose
- Forming a compassionate ministry plan
- Developing a comprehensive business plan
- Forming a Council of Advisors
- Measuring up to God’s standards
We work directly, one-on-one with the leader and their team to advise them on solid biblical company operations and assist in its implementation.
